"I am delighted that the RSA is working with us to plant trees in some of the most needy urban areas - as well as impacting on global warming, tree planting brings communities together, creates new wildlife habitats and beautifies the space around us."

The RSA

The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce was founded in 1754 and works to remove the barriers to social progress.

We are a registered charity, No: 212424

We drive ideas, innovation and social change through an ambitious programme of projects, events and lectures. Our work is supported by 26,000 Fellows, an international network of influencers and innovators from every field and background.

Who can become a Fellow?

The RSA Fellowship comprises over 26,000 professionals from all walks of life worldwide. We welcome women and men of any nationality and background, who are over 18 years of age and who will support the Society's aims.

Those who are accepted to join the Fellowship of the RSA are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds. They have either achieved, or are demonstrating the potential to achieve, eminence in their chosen profession or calling and they all want to see action to change society for the better.
